What is a Client Response?

A client response is a completed form that your client submits through your profile. The Enterprise plan provides unlimited responses for your entire team of agents.

What is the difference between the Agent Dashboard and Group Dashboard?

The Agent Dashboard is the home page for an individual account. You will be able to access your profile, client responses, account settings, and other features from this page. The Group Dashboard allows the manager to view and manage the agents in their group (Agency and Enterprise plans only). Managers can view group statistics, form submissions and add new members to the group.

What if I have more than 25 users?

Can I upgrade at anytime?
